CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

By providing personal data through the online course order form on
https://bloomroom-school.ru and independently ticking the relevant checkbox, the User freely, voluntarily and in their own interest gives consent to Individual Entrepreneur Ekaterina Vladimirovna Shmykova, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) 741207122107, Primary State Registration Number of Individual Entrepreneur (OGRNIP) 321554300005869, address: 25B, SNT Geolog-2, Zavyalovsky District, Udmurt Republic, 427000, Russian Federation (hereinafter the “Operator”), to process their personal data.
1. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
1.1. Placing an order and entering into an agreement for access to an online course.
1.2. Performing the agreement and granting access to the purchased online course.
1.3. Handling the User's inquiries relating to the order, payment and access to the course.
2. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1. Under this consent, the Operator may process the following personal data:

- Telephone number;
- Information about the order and the online course purchased;
- Information necessary to place the order and perform the agreement, voluntarily provided by the User through the website form.
3. OPERATIONS PERFORMED ON PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The Operator may perform the following operations on personal data:
Collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating (correction, alteration), retrieval, use, provision where necessary for performance of the agreement, blocking, deletion and destruction.

5. PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
5.1. Personal data are processed until the purposes of processing have been achieved or this consent is withdrawn, unless another lawful ground exists for continued processing.
5.2. If further processing or storage of personal data is necessary for performance of the agreement or compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Operator may continue to process the relevant data to the extent necessary and for the periods prescribed by law.
6. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
6.1. The User may withdraw this consent at any time by:

- Sending a written request to: 25B, SNT Geolog-2, Zavyalovsky District, Udmurt Republic, 427000, Russian Federation.
6.2. Upon receipt of the withdrawal, the Operator shall cease processing personal data on the basis of this consent, unless other grounds for continued processing exist under the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. This consent is obtained separately from the Public Offer and other website documents.
7.2. The giving of consent is confirmed by the User independently ticking the relevant checkbox before submitting the form.
